What we do?

We look at Diversity & Inclusion as a language.

In our point of view, there is no fully inclusive organization without a deliberate work on language: verbal, written, visual, non verbal.

It is about the language we use in meetings, calls, presentations, coffee breaks, emails, texts, chats, social media and digital platforms.

We design and offer D&I language courses to raise awareness about the bias hidden in the language we all use.

W.O.R.D.S.© – Win Over Radicated Stereotypes through language, is our learning experience, grounded into Psychology and Linguistics studies and deployed through gaming and participative techniques.

Our courses focus on all dimensions of Diversity: Gender, Age, Multicultural background (including Religion), Orientation, Ability, Social Status, etc.
